DLJ Realty, LLC ("we") operates the Instagram accounts @pastor.coleharlan, @abuelita.remedios, @ivyfitcoach and @healerlin.kitchen, and the "DLJ Realty Messaging" app that sends free recipe and guide links to people who ask for them on those accounts.
When you comment a keyword on one of our posts or send us a direct message, we receive through Instagram: your Instagram username and account ID, the text of your comment or message, the post you commented on, and the time. If you choose to give us your email address, we keep it to send what you asked for.
Only to reply to your request (for example, to send the guide link you asked for), to avoid sending you the same message twice, and to keep a record that your request was answered. We do not sell your information and do not use it for advertising profiles.
We share it only with the providers that run our systems (Meta/Instagram, which delivers the messages, and our hosting providers), and where the law requires.
Request records are kept for up to 12 months, then deleted. You can ask us to delete them sooner at any time.
Reply STOP to any message from us and we will not message you again. To have your data deleted, see Data deletion.
